This interim policy explains the current behaviour of the LatUp website while application processing remains unconnected.
This policy is an editable interim document. It is not a substitute for approved legal advice and must be updated before applicant information is transmitted or stored.
Current application form
The application form currently validates information within your browser and displays a confirmation state. It does not transmit, email or store the information you enter. Closing or refreshing the page clears the form.
Future application processing
Before a database, email service, CRM or automation is connected, LatUp will approve the proposed data flow and update this policy. The updated policy should identify the information collected, purpose, processor, access controls, retention period, deletion process and privacy contact.
Website operation
This first version does not intentionally use marketing analytics, advertising trackers or user accounts. The hosting provider may process limited technical request information needed to serve and protect the website.
External links
The website may link to social platforms and other external services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
